Expectations

What does it mean to be a Military Heights Mustang?

Parent/Student Handbook / Expectations

At Military Heights Elementary, we believe that a happy and successful school is built on being respectful, responsible, and safe. We expect all our students and staff to follow these simple rules to make our school the best place it can be.

Be Respectful: Being respectful means treating everyone with kindness and care. This includes using polite words, listening when others are talking, and appreciating everyone's unique contributions.

Be Responsible: Being responsible means taking care of your things and your actions. This includes coming to school ready to learn, finishing your work on time, and making good choices.

Be Safe: Safety is very important at our school. This means following all the rules to keep yourself and others safe. Whether you're in the classroom, hallway, or playground, it's important to behave in a way that keeps everyone safe.

When everyone at Military Heights Elementary follows these expectations, we create a fun, friendly, and fantastic place to learn and grow. Let’s work together to make this school year great!
