Be a voting member of PTA for only $6 a year. PTA's mission is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. Members are the first to learn of many volunteer opportunities at our school. Additional benefits of become a PTA member include discounts to many retailers including but not limited to AARP, Mocks Rock! Dollar Days, Good Housekeeping, Hertz, Lenovo, Lifelock, MetLife, Mountain America Credit Unit, Office Depot/ Office Max, Quicken Loans, Relay, Squad Locker, tea and TreeRing.
What does the Military Heights PTA do for our school?
The Military Heights PTA assists in many activities and provides additional learning opportunities throughout each school year. In recent years our PTA has provided some of the following activities: Pastries with Parents, field trips to plays and musicals, door prizes for Family Fitness Night and Family Reading Night, STEAM Night, testing awards and field trips, Roswell games, Teacher Appreciation gifts, and Kindergarten/5th grade graduations. Along with the activities provided, PTA has also purchased new playground equipment, the Buddy Bench, and technology for the classrooms.
